JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner have been granted benefits of the first and second ACP, however, the actual monetary benefit has not been given till date.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite parties to compute the benefits in terms of money and pay the same within a period of twelve weeks from today, if not already paid.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this contempt petition is disposed of.
