JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-09-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bagaha(Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 352 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the petitioners assaulted the informant on his head with Garasi when he was going to his home and petitioner no. 2 snatched a gold chain from his neck. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are ladies and have falsely been implicated. The injuries

On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. Rajendra Prasad Shastri has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of A.C.J.M.-I, Bagaha(West Champaran) in connection with Bagaha(Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 352 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
