JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the accused persons including the petitioner armed with lathi, iron rod came to the house of the informant and assaulted him, his wife and his daughter on the protest of the informant that he stopped the accused persons of taking water from his hand pump. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on a trivial issue accusation has been leveled against the petitioner. The allegation is omnibus and general. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 309 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
