JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being elder brother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant is not the eye witness to the occurrence and on suspicion the omnibus and general accusation has been levelled against the entire in-laws family.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today
