Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.09.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31694 of 2017 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after framing of charge before the court below. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that charge has already been framed on 15.09.2017 and the petitioner is in custody for more than eight months and he undertakes to abide by any condition that may be imposed upon him by this court, if bail is granted.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50849 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 A.C.J.M.-V, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017 subject to the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
(ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and appear on each and every date in Court and on failure on his part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates, without showing any genuine reasons, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of his bail.
