JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 At the outset, it is submitted that petitioner nos. 1 and 3 being father in law and husband of the complainant have already been arrested, hence, this application has become infructuous so far as it relates to petitioner nos. 1 and 3. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner no. 2 being mother of the husband of the complainant is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the complainant, let the above named petitioner no. 2 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM Birpur, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No. 19 C of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
