The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017 dated 27.06.2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-AA), 26(1)/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was found sleeping in an open field of one Girish Yadav. From near him, a bag was recovered which contained two pistols, two other half manufactured pistols, three magazines and some live cartridges.

The petitioner was earlier made accused in two other cases way back in the years 2002 and 2007 respectively and in both the cases, the petitioner has been granted bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and taking into account the period of custody which is from 28.06.2017, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56548 of 2017 (3) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017.
