JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-02-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hiramma P.S. Case No. 50 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the petitioner became successful in securing the job of Niyojit Teacher after producing some forged certificates.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and was selected for the post of Niyojit Teacher after all the formalities conducted by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56112 of 2022(2) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 Selection Committee. The High Court had fixed amnesty period for resignation from the job and it was only fault of the petitioner that she could not resign within amnesty period. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Hiramma P.S. Case No. 50 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

At the time of surrender, the petitioner will file an affidavit that she will not claim for the post for which she was selected.
