ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khizar Sarai P.S. Case No. 302 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 384, 379, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier case dairy of the present case was called for which has since been received.
Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the injuries purported to have been found are simple in nature, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2695 of 2016 (3) dt.23-06-2016 the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Khizar Sarai P.S. Case no. 302 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
