The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ashthawan P.S. Case No. 160 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58257 of 2022(3) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. He also submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Ashthawan P.S. Case No. 160 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
