Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Laukahi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased, who is in custody since 19.09.2019. His prayer for bail was earlier rejected by an order dated 17.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26913 of 2020, considering the gravity of the offence and the petitioner's role, being the husband of the deceased. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 19.09.2019 and till date, charge has not been framed, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019.
