Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2014 in Patnacity Chauk Police Station (PS) Case No 74 of 2014 instituted under Sections 304/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The deceased died two days after the incident in course of treatment. From the first information report itself, it is apparent that there was quarrel followed by altercation between the parties. Be that as it may, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/-
