JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner entered the house of the informant and made attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant's wife whereas the family members of the petitioner committed theft in the house of the informant. It is further alleged that when the informant opposed, petitioner gave one Farsa blow causing head injury to the informant.
Annexure-2 to the petition reveals that informant sustained altogether three injuries and all the three injuries were found simple in nature but doctor suspected the head injury to be grievous in nature. It is surprising enough that doctor himself has found that there was cut mark on head skin of the informant but

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P.S.Case No. 81 of 2015, G.R.No. 598 of 2015.
