2. On 23.09.2014 the writ petition was admitted for hearing and it was observed that the petitioner was free to move Justice S.N. Jha Commission for deciding the actual date of appointment of the petitioner.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid and the fact that nobody has appeared today, the Court can only presume that either the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed or he is no more interested in pursuing the matter.

4. Further, learned counsel for the B.R.A. Bihar University has drawn attention of the Court to the counter affidavit filed on its behalf in which stand has been taken that pre and post retiral benefits for the period of service claimed by the petitioner, have already been paid. To this also, there is no rejoinder though copy of their counter affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 18.07.2014.
