JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was arrested on the spot on the accusation that he was found indulged in taking deposit of customers without having any authority to do so but according to prosecution case itself, when petitioner was arrested, he disclosed before the police that he was only marketing head of Jeevandeep Company and the Director of the aforesaid company was one Tarun Shetthi. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that no incriminating articles were recovered from the premises of the company to show that company was indulged in taking deposit of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif (Bihar) in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 334 of 2015.
