In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : 1(I) For issuance of direction upon respondent authorities to pay their salary, cost of living allowance and other allowances admissible to them since 1968, the day school was granted approval by the then Sub-Divisional Education Officer, Araria.
It has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is
Patna High Court CWJC No.3809 of 2018(3) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 squarely covered by the order dated 10.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7466 of 2018.
The Respondent No.7 i.e. The District Education Officer, Araria is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the case as referred above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
