The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.531 of 2021, registered under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the alleged vehicle. The apprehended accused has disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a
