The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under section 435 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner figured in the case on the basis of the conversation alleged to have been taking place in between the members of the mob who are alleged to have set ablaze the vehicle. Similarly situated coaccused persons have already been enlarged on bail vide annexure-2 series.

Considering the facts and circumstances stated above, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45306 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri District Rohtas in connection with Rohtas P.S. case No. 90 of 2009. .
