=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State; J.P. University and B.R.A. Bihar University.

2. In terms of order dated 04.09.2018, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of J.P. University in which besides giving details of payments made, calculation chart has also been enclosed.

3. In view thereof, the Court finds that nothing further remains in the writ petition and accordingly, the same stands

4. However, if the petitioner finds that any further payment is required to be made, which has not been done, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation with regard to such claim before the Registrar of the University. If the same is done within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall look into the matter and upon verification of the records pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If anything further is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within three weeks from the date of passing of the order.
