2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready for renewal even after payment of cost as provided under Rule 27 of the Arms Rules 2016.

3. The petitioner is directed to file a fresh application before District Magistrate, Gaya with a copy of this order for renewal of his arms license.

4. The District Magistrate, Gaya is directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order as the petitioner is an ex-army man and possessing the license and arms will help the petitioner in getting employment to earn his livelihood.
