2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 297 of 2024 (Sasaram (m) Karvandiya P.S. Case No. 297 of 2024) registered for the offence under Section 80, 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is said to have demanded dowry from the deceased and killed her upon non-fulfillment of the same.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the direct allegations levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59575 of 2025(3) dt.20-02-2026 2/2 against the petitioner of killing the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas will take all steps for arrest of the accused person/s including the petitioner.

8. Let a copy of this order this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas through FAX for its compliance.
