Case No.33/13 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 353, 307, 332, 333, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and 25(1B)A, 26(ii), 35, 27 of Arms Act, 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act, 10, 11, 13(i),13(ii) of UAP Act and 17 of C.L.A.
