JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 08-09-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7995 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that wife of the petitioner was seriously ill. Hence, the petitioner could not furnish the bail bonds on time.

Considering the fact that anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed on 08.12.2021 whereas the present modification petition has been filed 18.08.2023,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61084 of 2023(2) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 this Court is not inclined to modify the order 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7995 of 2021.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
