2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudhni P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025, instituted under Section 274 and 275 of the B.N.S. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 31.250 litre foreign liquor from the poultry farm of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. The Poultry Farm is joint family property of the petitioner. Petitioner does not reside there. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no independent witness of the seizure-list.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhni P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) rakhi/- U T
