JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 165 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-302, 120(B) & other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27-08-2017.

There is allegation in the written report that this petitioner along with other accused came on motorcycle and fired on the mother of the informant. It has further been submitted that other co-accused namely, Jhumka Mandal with similar allegation has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 12-12-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58084 of 2017.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61798 of 2017 (3) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with in Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 165 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger subject to condition that both bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
