It is prayed by the counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the impugned order, the petitioner has come to know that the respondent no. 7 has obtained appointment on the basis of forged degree and for the same he wises to approach the authority challenging her selection.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.1222 of 2015 dt.10-04-2018 2/2 disposed off. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authority in respect of his said claim.

Needless to say that if the same is done it has to be decided in accordance with law.
