The petitioner apprehends his arrest Chapra (Town P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons were stocking the sister-in-law of the informant and on protest all the accused persons came and assaulted the informant and his family members. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Vikash Kumar with Pharsa on his head. It is submitted that there is counter version being Chapra (Town) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015. One incised wound was found on the head of Vikash Kumar.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26895 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner that he was eve teasing the sister-inlaw of the informant and on protest the petitioner assaulted Vikash Kumar with Pharsa, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
