The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is abducting of the minor sister of the informant by Amarjeet Kumar. It is alleged that the family members of Amarjeet Kumar including the petitioner being mother facilitated the abduction of the minor sister of the informant.
