The appellant, in the present appeal, is seeking setting aside the order dated 19.07.2019 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Muzaffarpur in Karja P.S. Case No. 121/2019/G.R. No. 110/2019 for offences under Sections 307, 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(w), 2(va) of the SC/ST Act by which learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act has rejected the prayer for regular bail of the appellant. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is no specific allegation against this appellant and he was not present on the alleged place of occurrence, however he is in custody since 18.05.2019 having no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present and has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the appellant.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3587 of 2019(2) dt.05-12-2019 2/2 Considering the heinous nature of allegations specifically attributed to the appellant, this court is not inclined to grant him regular bail at this stage.

The Appeal is, thus, dismissed.
