Patna High Court CWJC No.19726 of 2021(2) dt.01-02-2022 2/3 (a) To issue a writ of mandamus, commanding the respondents, specially respondent no.5, to discharge their legal obligation to make payment of dues amount of petitioners to the tune of rupees 4,85,100/- (Four Lacs, Eighty Five Thousand, One Hundred) as per bill submitted by the petitioners with them after supply of stationeries as per demand and order of District Agriculture Officer, Gopalganj for completion of Trainings of Staffs under Beej Gram Yojana 2011-12 in the different Blocks of district of Gopalganj, which in spite of repeated demands of petitioners has not been paid yet to them, in illegal and arbitrary manner.

(b) To issue a further writ of mandamus commanding the respondents specially respondent no. 5, to pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum on the entire dues amount of petitioners, from the date on which the amounts became due till the date of their payments.

(c) To any other relief or reliefs tor which the petitioners nay be found entitled to."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, under instructions, states that the petitioners shall be content if the petition permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to vent out the grievances before the appropriate forum or to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law. Prayer allowed.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19726 of 2021(2) dt.01-02-2022 3/3 Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
