JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under sections 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the IPC on the allegation of recovery of one country made pistol and a mobile phone from him.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that except for one case mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail application, the petitioner has no case pending against him. Petitioner is in custody since 29.8.2017 and the investigation of the case has been completed and the charge sheet has also been submitted in the case.

In the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as mentioned above, be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.Sharma, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Araria in Sikty Police Station Case No. 224 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the

The bailor will also undertake to inform the court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.
