2. It transpires to this Court from paragraph 26 of the writ petition which states as follows:- " That the petitioners have moved before this Hon'ble Court earlier by filing C.W.J.C. No.1195 of 2024 which was permitted to

Patna High Court CWJC No.13471 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 withdrawn on 07.03.2024 and again filed C.W.J.C. No.1570 of 2024 which was also permitted to be withdrawn on 14.03.2024, though no liberty was sought or given by the Hon'ble Court, but the petitioners are filing present petition in quench of justice."

that the petitioners had earlier moved this Hon'ble Court, but the orders passed by this Court have not been attached with this writ petition. It is unfortunate that the counsel has filed this writ petition 3rd times and demanding same prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition again. Such type of intentional and deliberate wrongful act shall not be accepted by this Court.

3. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed with imposing cost of Rs.10,000/- upon the counsel for the petitioners, which shall be deposited to the Patna High Court Legal Service Committee.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
