JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting and torturing to the complainant for non fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant as his wife with full dignity and honour but the same is not acceptable to the complainant. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 1500/- (fifteen hundred) per month in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26692 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 1500/- (fifteen hundred) per month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant.

Let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case No. 121 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
