JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant as well as injured Jira Devi and also removed the clothes of aforesaid Jira Devi for which petitioner is in jail custody since 24.11.2015. Annexure-2 to this petition reveals that injured Jira Devi sustained only one injury that is too, on her forearm.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
