Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27068 of 2015 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 No. 24 of 2014, whereby the petitioners have been summoned to face trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
