The petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2015 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is no recovery of any motorcycle from his possession, the petitioner's name transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that the petitioner has one other criminal antecedent and has been languishing in jail for no fault of his own.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
