This Court is satisfied with the reason mentioned in this limitation petition for condoning the delay in filing the Review Application. Hence, the delay caused in filing the Review Application No.184 of 2018 is hereby condoned. Accordingly, the Interlocutory Application No. 6532 of 2018 is allowed.

Order in Civil Review Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in light of the order dated 12.10.2015 passed in M.J.C. No.641 of 2013, the petitioners have been paid the amount but, in a lower side.

If the petitioners are really aggrieved, they may take legal remedy as available to them.
