At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the liberty already granted to the petitioner, by this Court vide order dated 21.06.2023 passed in CWJC No. 18767 of 2015. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
