JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 447,341,323,324,379,307,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on protest being made for constructing pillars in front of the door of the informant, the informant, his son and daughter were assaulted by accused persons. One of the injuries has been found to be grievous. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and in the background

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26927 of 2015 (2) dt.03-07-2015 2/2 of bonafide land dispute the accusation has been levelled. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
