JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Paraiya P.S. Case No.56 of 2014 instituted under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 527/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact for the same incident earlier from the petitioners side Paraiya P.S. Case No.50 of 2014 had already been instituted. On having come to know of the case and to make out a defence the present case was subsequently lodged.
Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners above-named shall
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17874 of 2015 (02) dt.09-06-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1stClass, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.56 of 2014, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section-438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
