The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that co-accused Rajesh and his wife assaulted the informant's son Abhishek Kumar when other son of the informant namely Satyam Kumar went to rescue then the petitioner and his wife assaulted the other son Satyam Kumar. It is alleged that co-accused Rajesh took chain worth Rs.25,000/- and one mobile worth Rs.1500/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for petty dispute the accusation has been levelled

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3498 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 and injuries of both the injured have been found to be simple. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura.
