25-09-2018 On the face of the order dated 07.09.2017 passed in MJC No. 3525/2016, this court is of the considered opinion that the second contempt application alleging non-compliance of the order dated 04.03.2004 passed in CWJC No. 7543/1999 cannot be maintained. After some argument, Mr. Subhro Sanyal, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to pursue the remedy available to the petitioners in accordance with law.
Patna High Court MJC No.1533 of 2018 (4) dt.25-09-2018 Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
