SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-03-2015 By filing this writ petition petitioner has assailed order bearing Memo No. 537 dated 06.04.2013 passed by District Magistrate, Siwan (Annexure-6), whereunder besides being censured his three increments have been withheld with cumulative effect. Aforesaid order is appealable before Divisional Commissioner. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 06.04.2013 before the Divisional Commissioner.
