JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Semra PS case no. 116 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366/34 of Indian Penal Code. According to the prosecution, the allegation is that one Chiranjit Das had fled away with the victim girl and the role assigned to the petitioner is providing Bolero vehicle for the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and in her statement under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure, the victim girl has stated that she had voluntarily gone with the said Chiranjit Das and had solemnized marriage with him and she is a major. It is further submitted that the victim girl has not assigned any role of

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha at West Champaran in connection with Semra PS case no. 116 of 2017.
