The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. He also submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58241 of 2022(3) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Kishanganj in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
