Case diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 209 of 2014 registered under Sections 20, 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Considering the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner and that there is recovery of huge quantity of ganja and that the petitioner is also having criminal antecedent of same nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected.
