For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Neeraj Kumar Alias Sanidh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Jagdhar Prasad (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-06-2015 The five petitioners apprehend arrest in relation to Baruraj Police Station (PS) Case No 76 of 2011 registered under Sections 323, 324, 147, 148, 149, 334, 379, 427, 307 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

From the first information report and the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it is apparent that the main allegation is against Girja Singh, Ahok Singh and Manoj Singh. Petitioner No 1 happens to be the son of Girja Singh and petitioner No 5 happens to be the grandson of Girja Singh but their cases are distinguishable from the cases of Ashok Singh, Manoj Singh and Girja Singh who appeared to be the main culprits.

No.17924 of 2015 (2) dt.10-06-2015 Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate (West) at Muzaffarpur in Baruraj PS Case No 76 of 2011 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
