The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made specific allegation that the petitioner assaulted him with Farsa on his head. It is submitted that there is counter version and the injuries are simple in nature.

There appears that the present occurrence took place on 6.12.2014 in which the informant made his statement on 7.12.2014. The wife of the petitioner Kunti Singh lodged a case alleging therein that on 6.12.2014 the informant of the present case misbehaved with the wife of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner assaulted the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27002 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 informant with Farsa on his head causing incised injury, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The petitioner may surrender in the court below and the court below shall consider his regular bail application without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
