The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that while a meeting of the Gram Sabha was going on, the petitioner and Subhash Mahto came and fired upon the informant. The informant got injury on his chin. The petitioner and other are also alleged to have fired while fleeing away. It is submitted that the two persons are alleged to have fired but only one injury was found on the chin of the informant. It is not specific which shot hit the informant Having considered the fact that both the petitioner and Subhash Mahto are alleged to have fired, I am not inclined to
