Heard.
This interlocutory application has been filed for condoning the delay of about 3 years 21 days in preferring the present appeal.
For condoning the delay in filing the appeal, a ground has been taken by the appellant that he was not aware
Patna High Court LPA No.382 of 2018(3) dt.09-08-2018 2/2 regarding the order passed on 28.1.2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 2401 of 2013 which is the order impugned and which discloses that the writ petition was dismissed after hearing the writ petitioner and it was an oral judgment dictated in Court. Thus, in our view, there is no explanation at all which emanates out from the inordinate delay of 1 year and 38 days. Accordingly, this interlocutory application is dismissed and, as a consequence thereof, this appeal is also dismissed.
